Florence van den Bergh started VDB Executive Search in order to provide the highest quality focused service to her clients. The focus is on aligning with the client’s needs versus expediency.
Originally from the Netherlands, Florence is a versatile and results-driven professional with over 20 years of Trans-Atlantic business development/business consulting experience. The result of living in the U.S. for over 20 years, is Florence’s ability to bridge the gap between European and U.S. best practices.
Florence has consulted with European companies on their U.S. business strategies, hiring practices, benefits negotiation, third-party service providers, and office space/location. Which combined, lead European companies to successful, scalable, and sustainable business operations in the U.S.
Lori Jacobi
Lori Jacobi has more than 8 years of experience in the executive search industry. She joined the VDB Executive Search team in March of 2021.
Lori is a "proud graduate" of Texas Christian University; she has a B.A. degree in Speech Communication, with a minor in Spanish.
Part of her college and high school experiences included studying and traveling abroad. These study abroad opportunities and working for a global technology company have broadened her experience working with international clients in a variety of industries and roles.
In addition, Lori brings strong interpersonal and management skills in business development, client support, and operations. Her addition to the VDB team will greatly benefit the firm with continued growth and future expansion.
Lori and her husband, Chad live in Texas with their 3 children. They are active with their kids’ activities, their community, as well as their church.
William “Bo” Vastine
William “Bo” Vastine has worked for a spectrum of small start-up/early-stage technology, service, and manufacturing firms as well as large multi-national firms. His background includes diversified experience with medical technology, financial services, operations management, public service, and intellectual property protection.
Bo has deep expertise in managing teams, leading successful business development efforts, streamlining operations and strategic planning development related to innovative services, software and disruptive technology. In addition, he has led internal review processes for re-design/re-development and re-deployment of institutional technologies with C-Level management.
Additionally, Bo is involved with a number of community efforts related to service on Boards of Trustee and elected office.
